I was responsible for the creative output for the Middle East and growing the studios reputation. I build the creative team from being one person to a high flying team of 12 creatives. We won loads of awards and had a great time doing it. I worked closely with the board of directors to ensure business objectives were met. I ensured creative excellence and kept a high energy throughout the team. Resource planning, hiring and appraising individuals at a HR level was daily challenge. I pioneered a graduate program to grow talent from within the agency. It was all good until I got sick of agency mentality where the pursuit of profit outweighed the creative merit. Show less

Three of the best years of my life. Designing user interfaces for PlayStation games, including brand identities and packaging. Having to coordinating with programers and developers to maintain the Playstation's vision, timelines, scheduling and resource planning was ingrained into my process. This is where I developed multi discipline for digital arts.
