The General Motors Call Center was a 103,000 sq.ft. data and call center with over 600 employees, operating twenty four hours a day, seven days a week. Responsible for accounts payable and receivable.Initiated cost savings to achieve nine percent annual budget reduction with no decrease in customer or equipment service.Review and negotiate facility long.
