Once my installer assignment is over i will return to support and manage tickets in ServiceNow. At MTS i work part time as a network support agent. This is a call center/help desk environment. My duties include answering the phone, to assist guest of hotels across the country with their internet problems. I have to troubleshoot everything from smart tvs to iphones with their connection issues. Knowledge on how a network works and how to troubleshoot it is needed for this position. This is also a remote position.

At Enterprise i was an IT Infrastructure intern. My day to day work consisted of working with the Advanced Support Team and tickets entered in ServiceNow. This was mainly fronted support for windows and Microsoft office products. My big intern project was upgrading close to 400 computers to windows 10, using SCCM to deploy the software. I was also exposed to different IT departments, networking, database, developers, business analysis, unix, and support.

At sears i worked in the back warehouse. My daily duties included inventory, and loading up customer that came for pickup( a lot of refrigerators, washers and dryers). I also unloaded shipment trucks, stocked the floor, and cleaned the warehouse. I would often have to assemble a variety of things including grills, tractors, ratchets, and patio furniture.

I was in charge of a small team and i relayed the order to the rest of the team and made sure the customer got what he asked for.
