I have been working for Kiekert company since 2013. After a year of experience in the position of supplier quality engineer, I was offered the opportunity to establish and lead the team of incomming inspection. After meeting the goals beyond expectations, and finishing several SAP projects, I was offered the position of customer representative for the VW Group answering directly to VW OEM, which I accepted as part of my personal development in 2018.In 2022 after a thorough evaluation of my life directions and an interesting proposal from Panasonic Automotive company I decided to make a next life step and to take on a further challenge in another automotive company.Not long after,I was given a chance to participate in roof glass producing company AGP located in Gent/Belgium. After realizing, that this is not the way I would like to continue I decided to accept the new chalenge in automotive company Brose in quality department, this time responsible for internal visual parts. This path I have been walking since then.
