Responsible for the local and national reporting of diagnostic data sets, Weekly and quarterly Sitrep reporting to the department of health, responding to ad-hoc information requests and freedom of information requests.For all national reporting, I worked with the services to coordinate the validation of each data set to ensure that they were accurate and reflected the trust's position and ensured that they met the appropriate data quality standards.Other duties included covering the duties of other analysts when they were on annual leave, including the submission of waiting list, RTT and cancer national returns. I also assisted with the re-writing of the referral to treatment reporting process and waiting lists.Whilst working as an Information Analyst I also automated many of my routine duties using a combination of Microsoft Access and excel macros (VBA) and queries to automatically populate the upload templates used to upload the returns to the unify portal.

This was a customer facing role which involved working on customer sites and also remotely to install or resolve hardware and software issues with both telephone systems and servers.The main duties of the role were as follows:Installation Samsung telephone systems - including analogue and digital handsets. Worked with customers and used diagnostic equipment to identify the root cause of telephone system faults and repaired.Installation, configuration, and debugging of Least Cost Routing.Installation and configuration of Linux based firewall servers.Installation and repair of network cabling.Installation and configuration of network switches.Server maintenance - ensured windows security updates were applied in line with policy and also patches applied to correct any errors being logged.
