Research and resolve complex issues related to provider file information. Responsible for timely and accurate completion of provider file maintenance for all divisions including employer solutions, public sector, health plan, and federal excluding tricare. Work in several systems simultaneously, handling both work queues in the provider application as well as the clinical and customer service apication. Communicates with internal departments and providers to support provider file related projects. Such projects include but are not limited to yearly review of W-9 information for 1099 report, data integrity projects and special provider file related initiatives.
