I am a qualified Chemical Engineer with 20 years’ experience in technical sales, support, special applications and project engineering for Samson Controls Australia. Performing a diverse role providing support to on-the-road sales engineers, I act as a conduit between the customer and the business in the delivery of technical solutions, coordinating communications and critical troubleshooting across a complex product and service environment.
