Converting data into quotations using sizing software, CONVAL, I also gather customer feedback to feed into strategic product development, trouble-shoot technical issues and provide training for internal and client-side staff on-site across Australia and Asia. • Helped to elevate Samson’s profile as a trusted supplier of positioners in the Australian market through the provision of effective and efficient training and education; • Assisted with the management of high profile customers, gathering requirements and effectively supporting technical projects and conducting trouble-shooting activities; • Supported key projects including the relocation of a major client plant to Malaysia, overseeing the delivery of a detailed sizing and materials spec and providing on-site training to staff;• Acted as a Technical lead on Samson Australia’s largest project supporting a major refinery expansion in the Middle East, providing sizing and pricing data for 150 large scale valves.
