Director - Prime Broker Operations
Senior member of Prime Broker Operations management team utilizing industry knowledge and experience providing guidance on all strategic projects and initiatives necessary to support the global expansion of the Prime Broker business. Leveraging in depth knowledge of Federal Reserve, FINRA and SEC regulations pertaining to the extension of credit to accomplish this while maintaining day to day responsibilities managing team of 9 people.Highlights include:• Expansion of tri-party pledge business supporting 1940 Act fund companies to include re-hypothecation of hard to borrow collateral• Implementation of tri-party pledge infrastructure for hedge fund clients• Growth of US Portfolio Margin business supporting hedge fund clients and BNP Paribas affiliates• Key member of management team supporting the conversion of BNP Securities Corp. client business to Prime Broker Inc. platform.
