I have over 20 years of experience in project management, focusing on education and regional development. My career includes working with schools, institutions of higher education, public bodies, and authorities, including the European Commission. I hold a Master’s degree in Economic Policies and Administration and a PhD in Economic and Managerial Studies, with a thesis on the intercultural aspects of managing global virtual teams.Since 2017, I have been part of academia, sharing my experience with students and colleagues. I have expertise in international relations, particularly with China and Southeast Asia, and have been involved in designing, managing, and evaluating project proposals for EU funding. My interests include team and personal effectiveness, the application of management tools, and techniques for accelerated learning and soft skills development.I am passionate about working across cultures. My working languages are English, Spanish, and Czech. As a language enthusiast, I also speak Mandarin Chinese, French, Portuguese, and German.
