• Managed the Engineering dept. at one of Asia’s leading television commercial post-production facilities
• Responsible for installation, maintenance and repair of all audio, video & multi-media hardware and software inside the facility
• Provided complete facility engineering and maintenance in the server room, graphic suites, edit suites, color correction suites and audio bay
• Project Manager for all new construction and system integrations
• Worked closely with external vendors, internal staff & external clients focusing on quality control, process improvement, streamlining & cost reduction

• Responsible for service, support, and installation of all Cintel brand telecines, datacines and digital intermediate film scanners in the APAC region
• Provided on-site field service throughout Asia & daily technical customer support via remote access software, telephone and email
• Provided on-site training to Engineers, Telecine Operators & Colorists on the technical design and operational concepts of Cintel hardware and software
• Worked closely with post-production customers to help define new tools and product enhancements
• Supported marketing activities by demonstrating Cintel products at all industry trade shows in the APAC region, including KOBA, BIRTV, InterBEE and Broadcast Asia

Greater Los Angeles Area

• Worked on a team that provided 24hr technical support at three Matchframe post-production facilities
• Primary responsibilities include configuration, calibration, maintenance & repair of two Philips Spirit datacine suites and three Cintel Ursa telecine suites
• Secondary responsibilities include preventative maintenance & repair of 20+ Sony VTR’s
• Provided additional facility engineering and maintenance in all machine rooms, graphic suites, edit suites, color correction and audio bays
• Troubleshoot and repaired to component level, performed software updates and routine preventative maintenance on all systems in the facility

Greater Los Angeles Area

• Provided on-site field service and remote technical support for Cintel customers in North America and South America
• Primary responsibilities include installation, service and support of the Ursa product family
• Secondary responsibilities include component-level troubleshooting, repair & QA testing of telecine circuit boards for the Cintel Service & Exchange Program
• Performed complete refurbishments and re-calibration of pre-owned Ursa telecines for resale
• Supported marketing activities by providing engineering support at industry trade shows in the region, including NAB in Las Vegas
