The study involved 13 3D seismic surveys, 73 two-way-time grids and 729 wells in the Cooper-Eromanga Basin. Aim was to understand which depth conversion method is most accurate given a unique dataset, and which variables were most influential to accuracy. Identify and action in-wellbore and surface intervention programs in order to optimise gas production from onshore wells in the Cooper Basin, Australia. Executed over 200 opportunities that added value.

Well performance optimisation in major oil and gas producing fields from the Cooper Basin. Identify underperforming production wells and identify potential future intervention projects.Outcome of project: Provided valuable information on wells which are under performing and suggest intervention opportunities for their optimisation, some of which were executed with increased production rate.

3 month project measuring and analysing rock mechanics data from several stratigraphic units. Also experienced drill rig operations, geotechnical evaluation and field operations.Outcome of the project was a report outlining the density, hardness, compressive strength, and tensile strength of individual stratigraphic units, which was used to develop future mining, crushing, and processing strategies.
