  Manage and lead the Visual Media team for crew training in the development and management of training courseware.Manage the learning management systems for crew training, including Totara and Moodle based sites. Identify latest developments in training courseware and media methodologies and technologies to identify opportunities to improve our training effectiveness.Responsible for the maintenance of training courseware and multimedia utilised with crew training.Oversight and coordination of training courseware development by outside suppliers, to ensure that this is completed in accordance with the specified learning objectives and agreed work schedule.Manage and report upon use of training department courseware and media tools.Ensure user feedback on training courseware and multimedia is reviewed and when applicable acted upon to ensure of continual improvement.Provide technical solutions to user issues for training materials, learning management systems and computer based training.
