I have been in collections for over ten years, nine of which in auto loans with Wells Fargo Dealer Services with my final four there were spent in a Senior position. I have helped train other collectors, am a proficient public speaker with over 10 years of experience speaking in front of groups as little as 3 and as many as several hundred. Leadership is something that has been instilled in me from both my current employment, religious studies and volunteer experiences where I am a Senior Umpire for baseball and softball. I have learned how to make snap decisions while also being able to recognize when to take my time, I have written my own curriculum and speeches for several years and have learned how to negotiate effectively. As a collector I am consistently at or near the top of my office in monthly delinquency and am proficient in skip tracing efforts and FDCPA knowledgeable. As a former Associate Pastor I have learned to lean on my foundation and beliefs which guide my ethics and manners.As a volunteer I have learned to love my community and to find places where I might use my expertise to help those around me from athletics to homeless shelters.
