QA Testing responsibilities include creating and executing test scripts to ensure applications perform as intended and adhere to end user requirements. This includes logging results, providing feedback to developers and performing regression testing.Change Management responsibilities include creating or revising processes for code deployments, infrastructure upgrades, and patch management to ensure changes are documented, reviewed, and approved prior to deployment. Additional responsibilities include reviewing all change controls and providing feedback to the change control owner.Responsible for conducting Root Cause Analysis sessions to prevent or lessen the impact of future critical application and infrastructure incidents. This includes documenting and communicating findings to upper management and tracking action items to completion.
