Held progressive roles on executive team, leading global Human Resources, Investor Relations, Brand Building, Digital Marketing, and Media Relations. Played key role in 2017 IPO, managing due diligence, SEC responses, coordinating the S1, and investor relations.

Supported CEO, Board of Directors, Legal, and HR on governance. Established routines for quarterly earnings calls, annual reports, proxy statements, quiet-period protocols, Regulation Fair Disclosure compliance, analyst support and investor communications and providing internal guidance to public company requirements.

Built and led subsidiary, overseeing strategy, P&L, product and technology development, IP, manufacturing, marketing and sales channel development, securing over $3M in federal and state funding. Formed partnerships in China, expanded patent portfolio to 79 issued, and grew intellectual property licensing.

Formed the Altair design studio, integrating engineering simulation and optimization technology with the ergonomic and aesthetic factors of industrial design.

Drove significant growth of family-owned automotive tooling and interior trim manufacturer, leading to sale to publicly traded UFPT (innovative designer and custom manufacturer). Developed strategic plan for acquisition, evaluating buyers and leading deal negotiation through close.

Won multi-million-dollar contracts by applying new technologies, achieving QS9000 and applying patented processes.
