Managed, maintained and supported the reliability of the Building systems, equipment, properties and assets in facility and manufacturing areas. Worked with Engineering and operators in a start-up, pilot-sized facility. Researched and procured process equipment; helped create effective continuous process of material. Helped to develop all of the standard operating procedure for the entire operation. Became on-site Construction supervisor for the commercialization of the Inkjet process. Oversaw installation of $15M Inkjet facility: worked with outside Engineering firm to develop process equipment, procured equipment, oversaw safety, quality and installation of manufacturing and facility equipment. Held meetings with Cabot shareholders and Engineering firm to discuss issues, progress and safety.
