• Perform Quality Assurance Reviews to drive continuous improvement with scorecard monitoring & provide assurance over the quarterly & annual audit planning process.
• Partner with executive management entrusted to build & maintain various databases to scorecard tracking & assist with reporting, research, and control risk factors.
• Responsible for compiling integrated acquisition data; identify trends, developments, & inconsistencies, modeling, analysis, financial forecasting, & present reports/findings to senior management, Department Vice.

• Deliver weekly monthly ledger and custodial reporting metrics directly to Financial Controller, Department SVP and VP
• Construct and implement Department training for custodial research and reconciliation
• Build and maintain various databases to assist with reporting, research, and control risk factors
• Managed the cleanup of P&I variance ledger, effectively eliminating $10 million in receivables within six months. Successfully eliminated $80 million in FHLMC related receivables within 8 months.
• Created a loan modification analysis process, resulting in a recovery of ‘interest over-remittance’ between $100K and $300K each month.
• Facilitated completion and maintenance of Access database to track/control all custodial reconciliation items, reducing aged item violation count by 88%.

Greater Denver Area

• Managed a team of eight Transaction Analysts, each with a 25-30 file load count; Team had highest loan pull-through rate of all three branches from July 2007 to Jan. 2008.
• Conducted bi-weekly pipeline meetings between Operations & Denver/Austin Sales Teams & assisted Corporate HQ with restructuring KPIs for employee bonus compensation.
• Formal recognition as MVP of Leadership Development Program by Senior Management (July 07).
