Briefs operational and tactical level doctrine to staff colleges and other agencies. Proven abilities in the fields of written and spoken communication, instruction, capability development (particularly in terms of intellectual components) and abilities to work effectively across cultures in multi-national organisations.

Responsible for training development and execution for the Multinational Force & Observers (MFO), a multinational and joint formation deployed to Sinai Peninsula under the 1982 Peace Treaty. Secondary duties included deputy commander of the Canadian Contingent, Task Force El Gorah.
