Reporting directly to the senior IT manager in Canada, I am responsible for Network and Voice services operations and projects in Canada, including contributing to large Real Estate projects. Additional duties include mentoring North American peers, documenting and refining Global Processes, forecast and budgeting and in country and Global vendor relationship building.Key accomplishments in this role: Designed and implementing Vo IP for 1100 phones within a budget of $950 000. Provide on-going consulting to North and South America Operations and Projects. Successfully leads the Canadian Operations Team of five incumbents of varying skill levels in the accomplishment of network service objectives including on-call and overtime scheduling.

Reporting directly to the senior IT manager in Canada, I was responsible for Network and Voice services operations and projects in Canada, including contributing to large Real Estate projects. Additional duties include mentoring Canadian peers, documenting and refining Canadian processes, forecast and budgeting and in country vendor relationship building.Key accomplishments in this role: Successfully Integrated 4 major offices through Mergers and Acquisitions as Team Lead. Responsible for Network and Voice operations for 13 offices with 1800+ employees. Increased service to 7 Tier 1 and 2 offices at a cost savings of $1000 per day. Successfully led, mentored and cross-trained Canadian desktop personnel in voice and data networking. Maintained strong vendor relationships with Telephony, Data, Hardware, and Cabling suppliers and contractors. Design and work with cooling, electrical and structural engineers in computer room buildouts.

Reporting to the IT manager in Canada, I was responsible for contributing to Network and Voice services operations and assisting with projects in Canada, including contributing to large Real Estate projects. Additional responsibilities include remotely supporting external customers in North and South America for outsourcing commitments.Key accomplishments in this role: Maintained network and voice operations for Canada. Implemented Oracle Standards across all offices. Project Manager or Team Lead of 6 projects during tenure. Improved voice services leading to a decrease in “Priority 1” issues from 15 to 1 per quarter.

Reporting to the IT manager in Canada, I was responsible for Windows and Sun Server infrastructure in Canada, including DNS, Printing and 3rd party application services.
