David has extensive leadership experience in growth and turnaround situations across financial services, particularly capital markets, wealth management, and asset management businesses. He currently serves as COO at Focus Financial Partners, driving the firm’s growth strategies and operational efficiencies. Prior, David was COO of Enterprise Solutions at Apollo, and previously served as Partner at Goldman Sachs. He held early leadership roles in New York and Tokyo before taking over leadership of Goldman’s Salt Lake City footprint, where grew the office from 250 to over 3,000 professionals, becoming an employer of choice.David has significant technical depth and leadership in business transformation and risk management - helping drive revenue growth, increase capabilities in data/analytics/quant, and lead cost rationalization.
