As an NDIS Consultant at Maxima Group, I assist people with disabilities to access and maintain employment that suits their goals and abilities. I have over two years of experience in providing job readiness, reverse marketing, and job coaching services to NDIS participants, helping them overcome barriers and achieve positive outcomes. I work closely with employers, community organisations, and other stakeholders to create inclusive and supportive work environments for my clients. I am passionate about empowering people with disabilities to realise their potential and contribute to the society. I have a strong knowledge of the NDIS framework, policies, and standards, and I adhere to the values and principles of the organisation.
