David LaPré has successfully taken on mission-critical problems and consistently delivered sustainable solutions that drive shareholder value throughout his career. In 2018 he retired from Roche/Genentech, where over 20+ years he held senior executive roles in Technical Operations and Supply Chain both in the United States and Switzerland. In his last role at Roche he led Global Pharma Technical Operations - an organization of 14,000 people tasked with ensuring the availability of Roche medicines worldwide. During his tenure heading Tech Ops the organization enabled top-line growth by improving supply reliably and quality, and ensuring successful product launches through the timely commercialization of new molecules.In February of 2018 Mr. LaPré founded DGL Advisors as a platform to leverage his experience affecting change and building capabilities in world-class global companies. He advises companies and leaders in the bio-pharmaceutical industry in all areas of Technical Operations - with a focus on leadership effectiveness, capability building and post-merger integration.
