Designed a new model for a Security Operations Centre (SOC); overseeing Cloud enablement, MS workspace productivity and Identity access management. • A key senior leader in the 5-year emergency services network transformation to deliver a fully integrated voice, data and digital communication platform alongside the telecommunications sector; implementing>300 small, medium and large-scale technical projects within the transformation portfolio.• Spearheaded by the Cabinet Office to devise a strategy to reduce prison reoffending; shaped vision to ensure when an offender leaves prison they have the mental capacity and required skill set to adapt and survive in general society and developed relationships across HMPPS, Cabinet Officer and wider MOJ, charities, welfare support organisations and private sector companies.
