I am a high level technical minded individual, responsible for large, high profile accounts. I have gained experience with a wide array of HVAC equipment and lighting systems, which includes; large tonnage equipment, refrigeration, various DDC control systems, clean room applications, chillers with buildup systems, piping, air balance, water balance, and large boiler systems. My current responsibilities include designing and programming automation systems, providing excellent customer service by turning over automation systems that exceed expectations, supporting field personnel with any technical difficulties that they may have, assisting sales staff with product selections to be applied on jobs, and producing sales leads during time spent interacting with customers. More than ninety percent of all time is spent working remotely without any supervision. My background includes strong experience in leadership and problem solving. I have outstanding communication/interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of personnel, local businesses, and management. I am experienced in troubleshooting, conflict resolution, and creative problem solving to ensure a positive outcome. I have an excellent organizational and administrative background, and have the ability to prioritize task and make critical decisions. I have the proven ability to work as a leader, independently, and as a team player.
