Role Description: Working closely with the pre-sales and sales team to promote and present Allocate Software’s Healthcare products to prospective customers.Key Responsibilities: Running demonstrations with prospective Healthcare clients (NHS Trusts) to promote and assist with the sale of Allocate Software’s web based products. Providing training sessions to new clients with up to 30 people within each session. Running detailed assessments consultancy projects with both prospective and current Healthcare clients. Overseeing pilots of Allocate’s HealthMedics products, liaising with the product team regarding product features and changes, liaising with both existing and potential clients regarding the development of Allocate’s HealthMedics products.

Role Description: Guaranteeing that guests have the best cinema experience possible by ensuring that every part of the cinema is sticking to high standards, from team performance, food and retail, to health and safety.Key Responsibilities: Handling large sums of cash and identifying forged bank notes through cashing up tills, dealing with refunds and customer complaints, training and motivating team members.

Role Description: running a team that brings in the majority of the cinemas revenue and ensuring that the Cinemas revenue per head (RPH) was one of the highest within the region.Key Responsibilities: Increasing RPH, leading others in the up selling of products, maintain a presentable and well stocked retail area.

Role Description: First point of contact for all guests selling tickets, refreshments and more. Main Responsibilities: Involved having excellent customer service skills when dealing with the selling of tickets and refreshments. Required to able to up sell on drinks and refreshments as well as an ability to meet selling targets of a company reward cards of which they were not only met but exceeded.
