As a part time contractor based at Magic Leap’s Headquarters (HQ) in Plantation Florida, responsible for reviewing and evaluating current training plans of Magic Leap’s Global Safety Department. Conducting training boot camps and workshops for internal trainers. Developing and writing standard training operations procedures. Working with business leads at HQ and Austin sites to create technical operator’s guides, manuals, and training packages for technology transfer of new manufacturing equipment installations such as the ultrasonic cleaner installed at HQ and the Super WiLMa built in Austin and transferred to HQ. Assisting department leads with developing ideas for using Magic Leap One as an internal training tool (for hazard identification, required safety training, emergency response training and job specific skills such as operator practical performance training) and created a training package to be presented at the new hire orientation.
