Extensive experience representing various parties—including debtors, secured creditors, unsecured creditors, official committees of unsecured creditors, trustees and receivers—in all chapters of commercial and consumer insolvency proceedings, state and federal receivership cases, and out-of-bankruptcy workouts, as well as substantial experience representing various plaintiffs and defendants in general commercial litigation matters, including collection litigation, contract disputes, real and personal property liens and lien disputes, business torts, and professional negligence disputes. Extensive experience working with and supporting corporate in-house counsel including assisting with management of multi-state litigation portfolios.
