David H. Leigh’s practice is concentrated in bankruptcy, creditors’ rights and civil/commercial litigation. Mr. Leigh represents various parties—including secured creditors, unsecured creditors, official committees of unsecured creditors, and trustees—in chapter 7, 11, 12 and 13 bankruptcy cases. Mr. Leigh also represents plaintiffs and defendants in general commercial litigation matters, including out-of-bankruptcy workouts, collection litigation, debt restructuring, contract disputes, real and personal property liens and lien disputes, business torts and professional negligence disputes. Mr. Leigh has been selected for inclusion in Mountain States Super Lawyers Rising Stars in the area of Bankruptcy & Creditor/Debtor Rights.
