Objectives can only be achieved through effective communication - you have to communicate with others, and that communication needs to be effective to achieve results. So to accomplish what I like, I am focused on improving collaboration through effective communication.You can't manage, let alone improve, that which you do not effectively measure. Is it any wonder why cyber security is not improving? What is an effective measure for Cybersecurity Posture?To answer those questions, I have invented a measurement model and approach, based on operationalizing the Cybersecurity Framework published by NIST, that automatically measures an organization's Cybersecurity Posture continuously in real time by tying the organization's cybersecurity risk mitigation strategy with the actions and the actual achievement of best practice outcomes.
