The Leadership Academy at Lemonade is designed to equip internal leadership candidates with applicable skills and behaviors to further them professionally and advance their career. Concurrently as a CX Trainer, I helped strategically build out and deliver a six-month pilot program beginning in the summer of 2022, launching in August with 12 participants and coming to a close in early 2023. Academy components include business projects, leadership courses and follow-up assignments, a mentorship program, a book club, and more. Participants grew in areas like business insight, project management, self-awareness, driving results, and building effective teams.After the success of the pilot program, and with support and passion from senior leadership at the company, a second cohort launched in 2023. Twelve participants were selected from a pool of 27 high-potential employees. I also facilitated the launching of an Academy for Lemonade's European business team, with four employees going through the program. The Leadership Academy will continue to scale and focus on leadership development in 2024 and beyond.

A member of Lemonade's Learning & Development (L&D) team, I helped build, schedule, and deliver a robust and world-class onboarding program for new CX specialists. In addition to designing and facilitating a remotely-executed, 4-week training program for 95 new hires in total, across multiple time zones, I trained for squad transitions and identified knowledge gaps and continuing education opportunities for specialists across multiple lines of business.

Licensed P&C (Property & Casualty) Agent. Addressed customer inquiries through phone, email, and SMS across multiple lines of business, educating customers and potential customers about the product and Lemonade. Surpassed performance metrics while being a supportive and collaborative team member, piloting the SMS CX service for the Renters and Homeowners squads and providing mentorship to new hires via shadowing opportunities.Lemonade Inc. is a Public Benefit Corporation and certified B-Corp. Focusing primarily on branding strategy and marketing, I helped strengthen LitLife's story, style, and tone in expansion efforts and marketing campaigns, web presence, and various professional development services. In partnership with our client schools, I planned, shot, and produced professional videos for educators to augment their classroom practices and instruction. I co-authored customized curriculum and crafted presentations and other materials for in-person and live virtual professional development support, as well as family engagement workshops.

I managed LitLife's graphic design and visual communication projects, creating literacy resources for students and educators, videos on the best research-supported classroom practices, and image and written content for over 15 curriculum and instruction books.

As a member of the LitWorld team, I helped fortify LitWorld programming and advocacy campaigns in partner communities around the world, including the United States, Haiti, Kenya, Ghana, Nepal, Israel, and the Philippines. I nurtured existing national and international relationships through mentor training and support, and strove to scale the work through networking and outreach. I produced video projects, contributed to both written and graphic design materials, and helped supervise a robust internship program.

Within the Department of Scheduling and Advance, I worked as part of a team to coordinate and execute the travel itineraries for President Barack Obama, Vice President Joe Biden, and the White House Press Corps, interacting with the full range of White House offices, federal agencies, and local, state, and media entities.

Alongside the co-director and faculty advisors, I managed overall CCO organization operations, cultivating partnerships with a variety of student groups and local non-profits in order to enhance and expand meaningful student involvement in community service. The student-run programs under the CCO umbrella respond to issues on a local, global, and national scale, such as hunger and homelessness, illiteracy, health education and wellness, and the environment.
