Reporting to the Head of Compliance, Quality, and Customer Experience, and responsible for leading the Claims Quality Assurance organization for Farmers Insurance. Utilizing a phased approach completed an organizational and cultural transformation of Farmers Claims QA program. Consolidated all Claims QA functions under a single leader, then worked with.

Reporting to the Head of Business Tools and Innovation, and responsible for the National Process Development Team (NPDT), Knowledge Development Team (KDT) National Department of Insurance and Customer Relations (NDICR), Program Management, and Claims Office Services.

Reporting to, and assisting the Director of Claims Support & Solutions in the creation of processes improvements and strategies to support and service 12,000+ claims employees and the greater organization.

Responsible for Property claims results in the Central Territory of California. While maintaining direct management responsibility of Los Angeles Property, worked with direct report managers in Long Beach and Fresno in replicating the leadership philosophy and culture created in Los Angeles Property. The changes in philosophy and culture improved business.

Significantly improved both operational and employee engagement results in the office while creating a culture of accountability, team work, employee development and sustainability bringing the office from one of the lowest performing offices in the country (in both results and employee engagement) to one of the highest.
