I have done everything from managing a 300+ work force to helping clients pick floor tiles or baseball leagues design uniforms. I built a business from ground zero. I was also instrumental in growing a $10 million company to $15 million, while shaving 6% in operational expenses. I reinvigorated a township wrestling program growing it from 25 to 80 wrestlers and counting. As president of our local Little League (LL), I oversee a 350-player league and 100 volunteers.Senior-level sales, project, operational and team management experience coupled with a lifetime of sports knowledge and commitment as a youth, high school, and college athlete. Now as a LL President, Wrestling Coach/Director and Board member of NWJMWL Wrestling League with a proven ability to bridge the gap between business objectives and real world chaos. Manage and teach adult volunteers, coaches and student athletes to work as a team to create the best experience they can. All of which is a fancy way of saying I know how to get the job done, motivate others to do the same, satisfy clients, coaches, parents, and athletes needs--while having fun and keeping an eye on the bottom line.
