Leading diverse engagements including: End-to-End M&A Lifecycle Program Management, Transition Service Agreement Setup and Management, Third Party Compliance, Contract Separation, and System Implementations, he has consistently helped clients achieve their financial and strategic objectives amidst transformative events.David is deeply committed to delivering excellence in advisory services, leveraging a combination of technical proficiency, strategic acumen, and a client-centric approach.
