Helped with outsourcing projects for warehouse and call center. Worked with global staff to help select new ERP system and observed how not to implement it successfully after many recommendations and attempts to steer the project in the right direction. Later we successfully moved to Netsuite Cloud ERP. Have been responsible for the technical side of various e-commerce implementations, including building up from scratch and also working with a partner to design and implement.
