Lead R&D Development associated with Powertrain, Chassis, Steering, and Mobility Intelligence Engineering Projects from Concept to Manufacturing Phases; Lead Infrastructure Engineering and oversee the 220K SQM Greenfield projects from planning to operational Stage; Lead Marketing and Sales Department associated Passenger and Commercial Vehicle Sectors; Managing the QA systems and build the Company Organization Structure and Department Roles and Responsibility; Oversee the Manufacturing process and Supply Chain and make continuous process improvement. Support HR & Admin and Finance Strategy.

Lead project team and deliver the project targets in all aspects associated with design, procurement and construction management. Ensure high performance on quality compliance within defined budget and timeframe. Manage the professional team and suppliers and internal/external stakeholders according to defined project strategy and execution plan. Manage Business Planning and Business Strategy from feasibility stage to operational stages.

Manage EPCM Projects according to defined project targets associated with quality time cost and OHSE. Lead the professional engineering team across disciplines including procurement, design, statutory approval, and construction management team. Implement on project execution plan including quality, procurement and HSE plan. Manage the design change procedures and cost changes approval and review procedures. Lead the project start up for Jessen J&J. Keep primary communication with clients, AE, LDI, and other project stakeholders. Manage the project P&L according to the defined Project KPI. Act as Key strategic project meeting contributor in management committee. Other key roles related with business administration.
