I founded this community monthly in beautiful Clarke County, Va., focusing on the people, heritage, businesses, and community life of this rural county. Clarke is just west of the Blue Ridge, with the Shenandoah River running on the eastern edge.

Over the last decade I've had the privilege of assisting businesses, nonprofit organizations and government agencies on organization development, communications planning and implementation, branding and website development, and tourism planning. Clients have included the National Park Service's Potomac Heritage National Scenic Trail, the Northern Virginia Regional Commission, CraftWorks at Cool Spring, DiMatteo Financial Group, and the West Virginia Rivers Coalition -- voted best in WV for 2015!

What a wonderful experience it was to serve my home community and promote local farming, family owned businesses, and the vibrant community life of a county so rich in history.
