• Coordinate with FF&E team to ensure selection of furnitures are well correlated to design concept • Manage interior architectural drawings for hotels

- To propose design for furniture / appliances fixtures for client- Manage design proposals for roadshow / events from design development to technical drawings

- Conduct site survery / measurement on site to gather information for design works- Study the information gathered during site survey and proceed with space planning- Preparation of mood board / design concept - Understand client's budget and needs to proceed with costing management and preparation Bill of Quantity - Proceed with 3D visualization and renders. - Preparation of construction detail drawings- Preparation of Material Boards for client review- Site supervision once every week to ensure site works are coordinated and intended design is achieved

- Conduct site survery / measurement on site to gather information for fit-out- Study the information gathered during site survey and proceed with proposal of Furniture Layout Plan- Preparation of mood board / design concept - Proceed with 3D visualization and renders. - Preparation of tender / construction detail drawings. - Preparation of Material Boards- Fit-Out Submission to landlord / mall to ensure design is complied to design guidelines- Managed F&B brands like The Chicken Rice Shop, 4Fingers, Fei Fan HotPot.
