  Lead the training team and manage day-to-day training matters. Role includes assignment of ad-hoc training requests to Trainers.Manage markets training matters and ensure training standards are maintained consistently across the markets. To advise and introduce eLearning, VCT and Blended Training to markets which helps the markets in cost savings, example travel expenses, and faster support.Develop eLearning courses for self-learning to cut down classroom training, this will help the organization, Travel Agents, National Marketing Companies (NMCs) and Abacus International Pte Ltd in saving cost, example travel and time away from work. Manage the department budget; considering the costs of eLearning portal licenses and department overheads and duty travel spending are kept within budget.One of my responsibilities is taking charge of the overall solutions training for our NMCs. This impacts the knowledge transfer of the company's solutions from our NMCs to our customers (Travel Agents).Our customers’ ability to efficiently and effectively use our solutions would increase our organization's market share and revenue.Require to communicate with NMCs Training Coordinator, AIPL Account Managers responsible for the assigned markets, Product Solutions Team on solutions enhancements and Third Party vendors on projects. Take lead and ensure the training team upholds this duty.1. Training (Classroom or Virtual Classroom Training) of Abacus products.2. Development of eCourseware on Abacus products.3. Managing at least three (3) Abacus solutions as a project - start to finish (manual development).4. Managing at least four (4) markets on training matters.5. Managing the Training Team day-to-day training matters.
