Increased annual sales by 4%, average ticket value by 10%, Custom Closets sales by 7%, and saw a huge boost in employee morale, ending with $7.2 million in annual revenue.• Drove all company initiatives and directives (sales, visual sales, training, inventory, logistics, staff development, etc.) ensuring successful execution. Increased Custom Closets business by 3% over last year. • Led the company with the highest customer enrollment rate (46% of total transactions) of all stores for our customer engagement program-POP (Perfectly Organized Perks). • Was chosen by corporate headquarters to assist with the recruiting and hiring efforts for several new store locations (Peabody, MA, King of Prussia, PA, Cranston, RI, Tampa and Boca Raton, FL).
