• Met or exceeded all financial objectives, including annual reduction with payroll, 30% increases with our Custom Closets business and 80%+ customer phone capture rate.
• Was chosen for General Manager support for the Little Rock, AR store in the absence of their GM. Made multiple trips to ensure business was being managed smoothly and efficiently during this transition.
