• Insure all responders certifications and records are maintained in a variety of databases, including state and federal certifying agencies, and make sure all training records are accurately recorded and available.
• Develop and implement training that meets the criteria for renewing and maintaining State of Colorado DFPC certifications.
• Develop and implement training to meet the needs of the district and it's responders including driving & engineering programs, probationary member development, incident management, crew resource management and more.
• Work with the county transport agency to provide in-house emergency medical training for our EMT, EMRs and Paramedics.
• Work with mutual-aid agencies to provide large scale incident trainings and opportunities for collaboration and cooperation.
