David has set up his own business focusing on gestalt, executive coaching, process facilitation and professional practitioner development. He has recently been employed by the Civil Service College in Singapore, where he worked in the Institute of Leadership and Organisational Development as a Principal Consultant he led on the use of communitites of practice to develop practitioners working in leadership development. David worked with facilitators of leadership programmes to develop their practice as facilitators of leader and leadership development.He is an experienced consultant, coach and process facilitator of group dynamics and has worked extensively across Europe. David researched the careers of executive company directors for his PhD and has led seminars on pathways to the Board. In 2008 David co-authored a report with KPMG called "Thriving in a Diverse Business World" which involved him interviewing over 50 Chief Executives from a range of FTSE 100 companies.While he was at Roffey Park he worked on a range of Executive and Leadership Development programmes, including a programme for newly appointed Board members for a fast growing Bank in Central & Eastern Europe.He has co-authored a book published and released this July by Routledge.
