As a project lead, drove the team on the bug fixing and new feature development of project template feature, and make sure the schedule and progress are on track. Drive the Automation testing on Windows Mobile build-in APP, and app on IOS UIAutomation, Android MonkeyRunner.As team Lead, I drove the process to work out a verification mechanism for imported files, also, divided the whole assignment into small and trackable items, from which we benefited to make the project process as schedule.
