Based in the London branch of an International Law Firm, this role has allowed me to increase my working knowledge of helping to run a reception within a smaller team set up. Taking on more responsibility in a range of areas from maintenance requests to directly managing contractors onsite, through to office service duties, switchboard, invoicing and security responsibilities for our designated floors, across two buildings. Hands on meeting duties including room bookings, room setups, working closely with the IT team, through to catering orders and food presentation for event lunches and dinners. Continuing to oversee our Customers experience through from start to finish to an exceptional standard. Always keeping the client journey at the forefront and making sure the customers impression of the Goodwin Brand remains at the highest point.
