A large part of my position was primarily checking IDs, and creating a welcoming environment for guests. during certain increments, I would patrol the grounds and interact with guests, quelling any questionable activities, and keeping logs of the days issues for the next post. As the bar closed, I would also assist in closing the store, and walk anyone to their vehicles who needed it.

Korea Town

As the assistant manager of kitchen operations, I led a team of about 5 people in preparation and execution of menu items as designated by our managers and executive chefs from overseas. Along with teaching how to properly prepare the ingredients and the dishes themselves, I assisted in schedule management, inventory, and even hiring or letting people go. conflict resolution was a huge role I played, as if there were any guest concerns, I would approach each incident with tact, and see to it the guests were happy, and deescalate any potentially frustrating situations.
