• Technical writing for the Ameriprise Source of Knowledge (ASK) including documentation for financial advisors, phone agents, and processing agents. • Works with a wide variety of business partners across all Ameriprise and RiverSource business units including leaders, project managers, mangers, vice presidents, human resources, compliance, legal, AMPI, vendor agents, virtual agents, and on-site agents. • Experience with many enterprise tools including proprietary client information systems, Inside, Advisor Compass, Client Viewer, AnnuityNet, Ameriprise Style Guide, the Ameriprise Secure Site, riversource.com, Status Manager, eForms Manager, CyberArk, MMS, and OFM. • Training, coaching and mentoring team members with design and technical writing skills.• Writing communications to leaders and trainees regarding training events and outcomes.• Research, develop, design, and deliver business specific technical training/soft skills/compliance training using adult learning theory concepts and the ADDIE model. • Develop and design training materials including leader guides, participant materials, activities, communications, virtual training, eLearning, animated videos, and evaluations. • Evaluate training delivery, measure results, implement program changes and communicate results across the RiverSource and Ameriprise. • Evaluate, secure, maintain external vendor relationships (e.g., Vyond, Kaplan, and Training Consultants)• Provide study skill evaluation and individual coaching for FINRA licensing training programs for RiverSource.• Lead the Ameriprise training network - including maintaining a proprietary web portal, precuring monthly guest speakers, leading discussions groups with trainers and training leaders, planning, and presenting the annual Ameriprise trainers conference.
