Cutlass Energy Partners, LLC, a midstream infrastructure company backed by ArcLight Capital Partners, LLC. In March 2022, Cutlass and an ArcLight affiliate acquired a Haynesville natural gas gathering system in Louisiana and Texas, now known as Saber Midstream. In 2023, Saber is expanding the system with the addition of 300 MMcf/d dehydration capacity and a new connection to the Greenholly Pipeline. Prior to Saber Midstream, Cutlass was responsible for management/operations and 2021 successful sale of the Amarillo Rattler gas gathering and processing joint venture located in the Permian - Midland Basin. Previously the three founding members of Cutlass were the core executive team of Republic Development Partners, responsible for an Eagle Ford crude gathering and transport system.

David helped lead Republic Development Partners, an energy midstream infrastructure focused portfolio company of ArcLight Capital Partners. Prior to its sale in 2019, Republic owned and operated a crude oil gathering, storage and transmission system in the core of the Eagle Ford Shale in South Texas and was responsible for providing logistical and marketing services to regional E&P operators. Republic also owned and operated a large diameter interstate gas transmission line in Louisiana and Arkansas that was sold in 2017.
