Responsible for entire workings of the plant. Successfully led the Sherman site in the transition from JW Energy a multi-million dollar company to FTSI with annual revenue over $4 billion in 2015 by scrubbing inventory data to match new guidelines including removing duplicate parts, renaming materials and settling reorder parameters. Communicate and promote company policies and procedures in production, quality and safety by holding weekly meetings with all Sherman employees. Maintain adequate workforce to meet deadlines. Work closely with purchasing to ensure low cost and product availability by taking advantage of new suppliers and increased buying power. Provide information regarding orders, product and status to stake holders. Act as liaison to corporate shared services such as IT and HR and manage any building maintenance issues.
