First and foremost I held full responsibility Health and Safety of all the employees, contractors under my control implementing an IOSH roll out in advance of the company with my local EHS manager - who gained acreditation to run the in house programme which went on to be rolled out to other locations.The role had full P & L responsibility for my profit centre including, forecasting, financial reviews and execution for all Sales, Installation, service and Admin, inc setting up systems of work, provision of management reporting formats and measurement of departmental performance.My team and i where responsible for ongoing training and development of all staff, during my tenure, During my time I have also been seconded to both Hull and Leeds offices, to stabilise results in under performing branches following loss of previous GMs.My team and I, increased Branch revenues and sales, year on year during which we Identified and seamlessly integrated 3 local company acquisitions into the ADT operation aiding our growth exponentially. We also went on to win chairman awards for tyco in successive years for our contribution to the UK business.
