My Team and I were responsible for first class Project Management of all large ADT Fire and Security Installations in the competative contractor market place executing job values of Circa 100K to 3.6Million, in addition we had responsibility for the Building Managament Systems team (Design, Install and post contract Service) and control of the UK support team involved in pre and post order Design/CAD Team. This Team was put together as a fresh concept to stabilise/develop consistant cross region contracting delivery and return this business type to profit, which was achieved from a loss position of circa 3 million within 24 months. My team and I also redeveloped Design proposals documentation and new roles for technical authors for consistant delivery of early As Fitted Documents documentation.This was a truely challenging position which involved re-engergising, re-educating and re-organising teams from multiple offices into a cohesive pride driven team.

I had some great years with my managment team in ADT Nottingham very proud of what we achieved together, Working only in the Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Lincoln LN Post coded area, I had responsibility for a total turnover of £13.4 Million with a team of one hundred and seventy, office, sales and Engineering staff. First and foremost I held full responsibility Health and Safety of all the employees, contractors under my control implementing an IOSH roll out in advance of the company with my local EHS manager - who gained acreditation to run the in house programme which went on to be rolled out to other locations.The role had full P & L responsibility for my profit centre including, forecasting, financial reviews and execution for all Sales, Installation, service and Admin, inc setting up systems of work, provision of management reporting formats and measurement of departmental performance.My team and i where responsible for ongoing training and development of all staff, during my tenure, During my time I have also been seconded to both Hull and Leeds offices, to stabilise results in under performing branches following loss of previous GMs.My team and I, increased Branch revenues and sales, year on year during which we Identified and seamlessly integrated 3 local company acquisitions into the ADT operation aiding our growth exponentially. We also went on to win chairman awards for tyco in successive years for our contribution to the UK business.
