Liquiteria pioneered the original cold pressed juice in New York City in 1996. The Liquiteria menu offers a wide range of cold pressed juice, cleansing options, superfood smoothies, herbal supplements, healthy snacks and remarkably fresh and wholesome grab and go options. Since its founding, Liquiteria has grown to encompass five locations in New York City and one in Cambridge, MA, along with a thriving catering and wholesale businesses.

Based in Boston, b.good (www.bgood.com) is a rapidly growing operator and franchisor of approximately twenty restaurants stretching from New Hampshire to North Carolina. The concept is recognized for “farm to table fast food”.Assisted in capital raise and strategic planning resulting in significant capital raises and a new controlling shareholder. Successfully exited as an investor in July 2017.

Uno Pizzeria & Grill is the pioneer of deep dish pizza. Founded in Chicago in 1943, and based in Boston, the brand has grown to over 130 restaurants in 24 states, the District of Columbia, and several international locations. The company was successfully sold in May 2017.

Named to the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Audit Committee of this publicly held restaurant company in January 2015. Cosi exited bankruptcy in May 2017 and is now controlled privately.Così (www.getcosi.com) is a national fast casual restaurant chain that has developed featured foods built around a secret, generations-old recipe for crackly crust flatbread. There are currently 63 Company-owned and 48 franchise restaurants operating in sixteen states, the District of Columbia, the United Arab Emirates, and Costa Rica.
