• Developed television 3-D EPS cushion designs, accessory trays, bags, and external corrugated trays/cartons for worldwide production of specified TV models.• Utilized Illustrator to create all external shipping carton graphics.• Created packages for several TV accessories.• Created related part drawings and worked with several vendors to cost each part.• Specified vendors for package materials based on cost, machine efficiencies, machine capabilities, and tooling cost.• Setup all tool orders (cutting dies, printing dies, cushion tools, etc.). • Planned and scheduled all part completion and delivery.• Attended all initial line trials at vendors to ensure all parts met specified requirements.• Attended all preproduction and mass production television trials at plant to verify package assembly.• Responsible for part modification completion and scheduling with vendors.• Experienced in many of the ASTM testing parameters.• Created test reports to illustrate results to upper management.• Responsible for qualifying new vendors.
