I've worked in communications for many years, more than I care to admit, including with public bodies, corporates, charities and in major events. Outside of work, I try to stay active. I played rugby into my thirties but I'm much more sensible these days and prefer running, tennis and swimming. I also love to read and (just like everyone else in communications) dream of writing a book one day!
